Return Policy
Garage Interiors of Michigan Inc. is totally committed to our customers and wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product you buy from us, we will accept a returned item within 30 days from the date of purchase and will refund the full purchase price along with any sales tax paid. However, here are points to note should you need to return a purchased item to us:

Please contact us first prior to shipping any products back! Please let us know first about your return(s) so we may provide you accurate ship-to instructions. Please call GIM’s toll-free customer service number at 1-800-952-8811. Representatives are ready to assist you.

You are responsible for shipping costs. GIM does not pay fees for you to ship products back unless the products are determined to be faulty or damaged; nor do we pay for original shipping fees. Also, any returned product(s) we receive from you must be received in the same condition that we sent them. To help ensure this, please choose a carrier that offers insurance as part of their mail/shipping service. (Example: Garage Interiors of Michigan Inc. normally uses UPS.)

We cannot accept returns of incomplete packages. For example, if you buy a packaged set of six panels, we cannot accept an incomplete return of three panels. Certainly, if you bought two packages of six panels, we will accept one complete package as a return.

If a Product Shipped to You Is Damaged
Should a product(s) be damaged in transit, you should first inform the shipper/carrier of the package’s external-damage condition. If you are physically present to sign for delivery and observe exterior package damage upon receipt, note this with the carrier’s delivery person prior to signing for receipt; if possible, inspect the contents of the package immediately to check and also note any product damage incurred due to shipping. If you are not present when the carrier delivers a damaged product/package, you will want to call their 800 number to inform them. The carrier will request the package tracking number, so be sure to have it handy when you call.

Your next step is to inform Garage Interiors of Michigan’s Customer Service about any product damage situation, and we’ll attend to the rest of the details. We can often ship a replacement product while we are waiting for your return of a damaged item(s).

Warranty Information
All products offered by Garage Interiors of Michigan are sold with a one-year warranty that covers the product being free from material or workmanship defects. Please contact Garage Interiors of Michigan’s Customer Service department in the event that you wish to make a warranty claim.

If more than a year has passed since you bought the product, we’d still appreciate knowing about any product defect/conditions perceived. At Garage Interiors of Michigan, Inc., we stand behind the quality products we offer and expect them, as you do, to last a long, long time.
